Cancellation Policy

1 — How to Cancel

You may cancel your DSS subscription at any time by visiting your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription," or by emailing dennis@thefourstewardships.com with your cancellation request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

2 — How Billing Works

DSS is a paid subscription with no free trial. Payment is collected upfront when you subscribe, and your access begins immediately. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

3 — Paid Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not issue refunds for the remaining time in a paid billing period.

4 — What Happens to Your Data

When your subscription ends, your account and all associated data remain in our system for 30 days. During this window you may reactivate your subscription and regain full access. After 30 days, your account data may be permanently deleted. If you would like your data deleted immediately upon cancellation, contact us at dennis@thefourstewardships.com.

5 — Founding Member Rate

Founding Member pricing is locked for the life of an active subscription. If you cancel, your Founding Member rate is permanently forfeited. If you resubscribe after cancellation, standard pricing at that time will apply. This cannot be reversed.

6 — Reactivation

You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time. Reactivation is subject to pricing available at the time of reactivation. Previous pricing, including Founding Member rates, cannot be reinstated.
