Refund Policy

1 — No Refund Policy

All sales are final. DSS does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the product, failure to use the service, or cancellation mid-period.

2 — Good-Faith Review

DSS is billed upfront with no free trial. While all sales are final for change of mind, we are not in the business of keeping money from people who feel wronged. If you were charged in error or believe there is a genuine billing problem, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

3 — Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate promptly and resolve legitimate billing errors. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.

4 — Exceptions

In rare circumstances involving verified technical errors that prevented access to DSS during a paid period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or partial refund. Such determinations are made case by case and are not guaranteed.
